about. Best known as a co-founder (with Chris Miller, aka Rat Scabies) of the punk band the Damned, Raymond Burns, aka Captain Sensible, is one of the most beguiling and talented individuals to emerge from the punk era.

Sep 21,  · This is a CD with many hidden nuggets and some fine playing on it. It is a concept album of the old school that gives vent to the Captain's psychedelic and green musings - studio wise, it has a 'Strawberries' era sound, which is no bad thing, and there are narrative voiced interludes linking tracks reminiscent of Nilsson's 'The Point'/5(4).
